Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team in Nashville, TN. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in IT support and systems administration, assisting our IT professionals with various tasks and projects. You will learn valuable skills and contribute to the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Assist with troubleshooting technical issues with hardware and software.
Support users with technical inquiries and provide technical assistance.
Assist with software and hardware installations, configurations, and upgrades.
Help maintain IT infrastructure and systems.
Assist with data backup and recovery procedures.
Participate in project development and implementation.
Document IT procedures and troubleshooting steps.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and trends.
Perform general office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Motivated and eager to learn.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
