Job Description Summary
To relieve the day-to-day administrative-@type functions from the Facilities Maintenance Technicians and Regional Facility Managers.

Essential Functions
Pay: $23hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:00pm). Weekend flexibility.
Ability to effectively support day-to-day facility operations and administrative functions.
Responsible for logistics, material purchasing, financial support, purchase order requisition and tracking/scheduling/coordinating meetings.
Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Effective problem solving; make appropriate decisions.
Professional demeanor in interfacing with internal customers and vendors (in person, on the phone, or through emails).
Responsible for payroll administration and tracking employee time off.
Administers personnel records in a highly confidential manner.
Accurately completing deadline-driven research, reporting, and daily responsibilities in a highly professional and timely manner.
Track administrative tasks for compliance.
Participate in development of internal communications initiatives.
Assist in vendor and sub-contractor management.
Provide customer service and assistance in a professional manner.
Support of lounge staff, events, and functions.
Other duties as assigned.
Additional Functions
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
Perform other duties as assigned within a team-oriented environment.
Complete other tasks as assigned.
Training & Education Requirements
High School graduate, GED, or equivalent experience.
Must have good computer skills using Microsoft applications, payroll and timekeeping applications, as well as Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Must be very organized and detailed oriented and able to work independently.
Must possess a valid state driver's license.
