Executive Assistant and Bookkeeping Coordinator At CRM Bookkeeping &
Consulting, we help small businesses stay financially organized and
focused by providing expert bookkeeping and operational support. We are
looking for team members who are detail oriented, proactive, and excited
to be part of something meaningful. Our Executive Assistant role assists
the owner with administrative and bookkeeping tasks, data organization,
and overall operational support for the business. Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry, account reconciliations, and basic bookkeeping
tasks. Draft, edit, and proofread written materials such as emails,
workshop outlines, and internal documents. Maintain accuracy and
attention to detail in financial and operational processes. Assist in
the planning and execution of educational events and internal projects.
Provide occasional scheduling and task management support. Utilize
software, including QuickBooks, Xero, Excel and ClickUp. Required
Skills: Bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or Xero preferred). Strong
organizational skills and ability to work independently. Proficiency
with modern business tools and digital workflows Strong written
communication and proofreading skills Ability to take initiative and
contribute to workflow/process improvement Other Details: Hours: 10-15
hours per week Location: Hybrid. In person to start (Sandwich, MA) with
potential for remote work. Compensation: Hourly rate of \$25-\$28
Position could be combined with Social Media -- Marketing Coordinator
position if candidate possesses the skills required.
