Title: Administrative Assistant 3
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Duration: 6 months (It can extend for full 18-month contact expected)
Daily Schedule: Standard Monday - Friday 40/hr week
Rate: $25 to $29/ hr on W2
*** Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Portuguese is a nice-to-have but not required.
Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role.
Disqualifiers: Candidates with frequent job changes, lack previous experience with Microsoft, and not fluent in Spanish will not be eligible for the role.
Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain previous experience working at Microsoft in a similar role, experience with procurement processes and tools. They should demonstrate strong performance and have positive recommendations from their previous roles within Microsoft. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and direct experience with the MyOrder system are essential
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
Minimum 7 years' experience with Microsoft 365 Proficiency
Minimum 5-7 years' experience with Procurement Processes Experience; opening purchase orders, managing supplier registrations, and dealing with the SPA program
Minimum 2 years' experience with previous Microsoft experience
Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.
Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.
