Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our C-suite executives in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This vital role not only includes traditional administrative tasks but also requires a proactive approach to driving business priorities forward. This is a fully on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
Complex Scheduling and Calendar Management: Maintain and coordinate busy schedules for C-suite executives to ensure seamless operations.
Meeting Preparation and Minutes: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings. Record and distribute minutes to track goals and follow-up items.
PowerPoint and Reporting: Create engaging PowerPoint presentations and pull together reports to support executives in decision-making.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans and accommodations, ensuring schedules align with business priorities.
Event Planning: Organize and oversee logistics for corporate events and meetings.
Administrative Projects: Support key initiatives and administrative projects that help drive business objectives.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as an administrative assistant, with experience supporting executives and senior leadership.
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), SharePoint, and proficiency in Concur expense management systems.
Competencies: Demonstrated ability to be a forward-thinker who can independently manage tasks and drive projects forward efficiently.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
