We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
Responsible for project management of high volume, less complex Electric Distribution projects (ex: cable R/P; equipment R/P, & line maintenance).
Manages adherence to service and/or contract standards.
Accomplishes assigned objectives and ensures timely completion of project.
Customer base: Typically internal Dominion Reliability, Substation Maintenance; external (Cost plus projects for local office).
Contract management financial responsibilities (i.e. project settlement, profit/loss & income statements, billing, and variance explanations/reviews.
Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:
5-6+ years of related experience in project management and in the project area.
Ability to work and develop rapport with all levels of management and staff.
Ability to represent the project and the company in public forums.
Team building skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
Preferred Disciplines: Business, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Liberal Arts
Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above
