This position requires a customer service-minded individual with excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Canva.
The applicant must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently.
Job Duties include:
Answering and directing calls
Assisting Clients and Guests
Coordinating the calendar including events, meetings
Data Entry
Full time hours Monday-Friday 830am-530pm with pay starting at $22/HR.
Minimum Requirements:
2 Years of admin experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva
High School Diploma or Equivalent
