Job Title: Bilingual Administrative AssistantJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is designed to support our procurement processes and tools, manage supplier registrations, and handle administrative tasks such as expense reports and travel arrangements for team members. The position requires proficiency in both English and Spanish, with Portuguese being a nice-to-have skill. The role is primarily remote with occasional office visits, offering great flexibility and the opportunity to build international relationships across Latin America.
Responsibilities
Manage procurement processes and tools, including opening purchase orders and managing supplier registrations.
Handle the SPA program for suppliers.
Perform administrative tasks such as coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense reports for team members.
Participate in meetings or calls as needed.
Provide general office support and serve as the department/group contact.
Coordinate meetings and events, manage schedules, and facilitate department financial and personnel operations.
Essential Skills
Minimum 7 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (version 365 strongly preferred).
5-7 years of experience with procurement processes, including opening purchase orders and managing supplier registrations.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with our client.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Strong performance and positive recommendations from previous roles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Portuguese is a nice-to-have but not required.
Previous experience working at our client is highly desirable.
Experience with managing procurement processes and tools.
Work Environment
The position is fully remote with occasional office visits required in the greater Fort Lauderdale, Florida area. The role offers a standard Monday to Friday, 40-hour workweek with flexibility. The work environment is collaborative and fast-paced, providing significant learning opportunities and the chance to build international relationships across Latin America.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
