We're hiring a Reactor Modifications Intern at our Waltz Mill Service Center facility in Madison, PA. As a team member on the Reactor Modifications team, you will get to work in the areas of business strategy, transformation, and product management. We are a fast-paced environment so specific projects may vary.
Your Day-to-Day:
Work closely with finance and corporate strategy to complete our business plan
Look at our Americas and Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) markets to understand where our next opportunities are
Gather market intelligence on competitors
Implement lean strategies as we transform the business
Engage with the strategic culture and employee engagement work we are doing across the business
Candidate should be detail oriented, have a general understanding of market research, and be a creative thinker
Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a business related field. Engineering disciplines will be considered as well.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 strongly preferred.
Completion of Sophomore year of college
Must be able to work a minimum of 8 weeks; 10 plus weeks preferred.
US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
