Description
Immediate long term Administrative Coordinator position available in Chesapeake, VA. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing a variety of administrative tasks, including waste and recycling coordination, emergency response, and handling of maintenance requests.
Responsibilities:
Accurately process and maintain a database of call history information for stores within assigned states using internal Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Respond to building emergencies such as fires, floods, power outages, weather-related hazards or alerts, liquid spills, and plumbing issues.
Assist with daily facility changes or needs as requested by department managers.
Handle routine inquiries on basic facility needs and field phone calls/emails for maintenance requests.
Coordinate all waste and recycling issues for stores in assigned states.
Develop and manage relationships with vendors to ensure the best pricing and service for the stores.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other administrative tools to manage and track various administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements - Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or related field
Proven skills in Administrative Assistance
Experience in Managing Vendor Relationships
Strong Customer Service skills
Proficiency in using Administrative Office tools
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
Previous experience in the Retail industry is preferred
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
