Position OverviewRunLoyal is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative for a contract role to accelerate our footprint in the pet care and related service industries. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a proven track record in SaaS salesāespecially in vertical SaaS solutions with payment integrationsāand a strong understanding of B2B software.
This fully remote role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys consultative selling, and is excited about the opportunity to grow into a sales leadership role within our expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and convert a steady stream of inbound leads into paying customers
- Conduct outbound outreach via cold calling, email, and social channels to generate new leads
- Deliver high-impact virtual product demos via Zoom, Google Meet, and similar tools
- Represent RunLoyal at ~10 industry trade shows per year to build pipeline and close business
- Customize presentations and pitches to suit each facilityās workflows and business goals
- Clearly communicate our value proposition across vertical SaaS, CRM/ERP replacement, and payment integration use cases
- Achieve or exceed defined monthly deal-closing targetsĀ
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, including pipeline metrics, closed deals, and forecasting updates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, ensuring data integrity across all stages of the sales cycle
- Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to ensure a smooth customer transition
- Provide field insights to marketing and product teams to help shape messaging and features
Qualifications- 3+ years of sales or SDR experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, ERP, CRM, or vertical software markets
- Familiarity or experience with the pet care, veterinary, wellness, or service-based SMB industries is highly preferred
- Proven ability to close deals through remote selling and virtual demos
- Comfortable with cold outreach and building pipelines from scratch
- Experience with payment systems and SaaS platforms that support operational or transactional functionality
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills; ability to educate and build trust with business owners
- HubSpot or CRM experience is a must
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a bias toward action
- Prior trade show experience is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically (~10x/year)
