AR - Deductions AnalystResponsibilities
Communicate with customers, brokers, carriers, and field sales to obtain the necessary documentation and approval to accept or dispute customer deductions.
Identify and pursue resolution to customer trends that may result in unauthorized invoice deductions.
Identify branded program deductions and work with the brokerage company to resolve these balances.
Maintain orderly and complete detailed documentation according to audit requirements.
Analyze, coordinate, and implement projects designed to support department and/or key customer objectives.

Experience in AR deductions
Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Experience with JDE or other large ERP systems
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable deductions
Detail-oriented with extremely accurate data entry skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both oral and written
Ability to work in a self-directed team environment
Strong problem-solving experience, interpersonal skills, and analytical capabilities
Aptitude for effective and efficient utilization of computer technologies including MS applications such as Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint; ERP solutions
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
