Job Title: Administrative Support

Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide administrative support for servicing hub delivery across multiple delivery stations in the US. The role involves owning the site performance of a delivery station, ensuring the health and wellbeing of the site and its surrounding Hub Delivery Small Business partners. You will track delays, delivery errors, and technical issues for partners, solving them via phone follow-ups, and report end-of-day package misses and escalations to the manager. Additionally, you will track Salesforce data, communicate with the Hub Delivery team and Business Partners, monitor and analyze key quality metrics, and perform audits and deep dives of field processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
Own the site performance of a delivery station.
Ensure the health and wellbeing of the site and surrounding Hub Delivery Small Business partners.
Track delays, delivery errors, and technical issues for partners and solve them via phone follow-ups.
Report end-of-day package misses and escalations to the manager.
Track Salesforce data and follow up on partners needing support.
Communicate with the Hub Delivery team and Business Partners.
Monitor and analyze data to track key quality metrics.
Perform audits, assessments, and deep dives of field processes and procedures.
Identify potential areas for improvement using logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Communicate any quality problems or concerns impacting the customer experience.
Verify potential access codes and delivery instructions for assigned addresses and update records as needed.

Bilingual (Spanish or Mandarin) - Nice to have
Work Environment
The role is on-site in Austin. The work schedule is Sun-Weds from 7:30 am to 6 pm, or Weds-Sat from 7:30 am to 6 pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
