Description SUMMARY We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team and support key aspects of our global nursing program. This role will be responsible for overseeing onboarding, program development, data analysis, auditing, and recruiting support, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.STATUS: Full-time - Contract Position LOCATION: Riedman Campus (Hybrid)DEPARTMENT: Talent AcquisitionSCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; Days RESPONSIBILITIES Data Capture & Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data and trends related to global nursing to support informed decision-making, enhance program efficiency, and develop new processes.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects and programs, developing strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.Liaison & Community Engagement: Serve as a community resource by maintaining relationships and providing up-to-date information on Rochester and surrounding communities to support international nurses.Onboarding Support: Partner with the onboarding team to facilitate a seamless and positive transition for international nurses.Program Development: Assist in shaping and refining program goals by recommending new or revised objectives to improve overall effectiveness.Recruiting Support: Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and other administrative tasks to support recruitment efforts.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.PAY RANGE: $60,500.00 - $65,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
