Description
Walnut Creek company is in need of an operations associate who can assist with order fulfillment, customer service, and inventory management. Duties will include assisting with order fulfillment, take an order pick the product off the shelf, box, label and ship it out. Customer service duties including answering the phone, place orders over the phone and process them through shopify as well as answer any general questions. You will also assist with email inquiries. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills and feel confident in managing the inventory. The hours are Monday-Friday 9:30am-3:30pm

Requirements
Familiarity with CRM platforms is necessary
Knowledge of Epic Software is expected
Experience with ERP Solutions is highly valued
Proficiency in using About Time software is necessary
Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls is required
Experience with Billing Functions is a must
Familiarity with Check Processing procedures is necessary
Experience in Claim Administration is expected
