We are offering a temporary employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Walnut Creek, California. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact, providing administrative support and managing our office's general administrative activities.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls through a multi-line phone system and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a detail oriented and welcoming lobby environment.
Manage and maintain calendars, ensuring all appointments and meetings are up to date.
Perform data entry tasks, updating and maintaining accurate customer and company records.
Assist in sorting and filing invoices, ensuring accurate record keeping.
Maintain and manage the kitchen area, ensuring cleanliness and order.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly and with detail orientation.
Handle email correspondence with detail orientation and efficiency.

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Coordinator or in a similar role
Proficient in administrative assistance tasks
Capable of answering multi-line phone system efficiently
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in data entry is essential
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
Experience with switchboard operation, ideally with 1-10 lines
Solid skills in filing and organizing documents
Capable of managing email correspondence professionally and promptly
Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and quickly
