Senior Manager, Delivering Deal Value Generalist, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Philadelphia, PA. Conduct pre-deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large scale enterprise-wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of functional areas. Assist clients to achieve maximum value on their deal transactions by solving transformational and complex challenges through operational aspects of a transaction, pre- and post-completion. Work with pre- and post- merger supply chain performance analytics. Gain insight into customer and product portfolios to maximize go-forward revenue and growth opportunities, as well as enabling clients to devise go-to-market strategy and sales force alignment through advanced analytics. Conduct data analysis to support business processes, financial reporting, internal or external audit procedures. Supervise and coach teams.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $195,000 - $204,000/yr.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
Leading teams across the deal spectrum (due diligence, integration, and separation);
Planning and overseeing integration and separation projects, including Day One readiness and execution, business process, systems integration and separation, and dependency and risk management;
Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets and status updates; and
Developing and reviewing financial models for IT, including synergy savings, one-time costs, and stranded costs.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
