This is a great opportunity for anyone who considers themselves "Jack of all trades"! This is a maintance position that will have you working and doing anything and everything! In this position you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenace tasks. In this position you will be responsible for performing/managing routine and high-leven maintenance duties. You will visually inspect and test machines to detect malfuctions, communicate equipment problems to operations staff as needed, diagnose problems and repair defective machines and equipment with new or repaired parts. You will also be in charge of building maintenance repairs and up-keep (including but not limited to: plumbing repairs, changing lamps and ballasts, ect.)
All interested candidates MUST have knowledge of single and three phase electric, AC, DC high and low voltages and at least 2 years facility maintenance experience.
