Description We are in search of a Financial Administrative Assistant to join our team based in Brentwood, Tennessee. The selected candidate will be vital in providing administrative and operational support within our financial sector. This role will involve managing client communication, handling securities applications, and contributing to the success of our financial advisors and administrative team.
Responsibilities:
Handle the processing of paperwork related to financial planning and securities applications
Manage client communication regarding account inquiries, including initiating online transactions
Use Microsoft Suite and MoneyTree financial planning software to maintain smooth workflows and generate accurate reports
Ensure all workshop packets are compiled and all materials are accurate and well-organized
Provide backup support across the office by answering phones as needed
Coordinate with asset vendors and security tools to meet client needs efficiently
Act as a key player in administrative functions, assisting advisors with financial planning
Utilize skills in customer service, data entry, and email correspondence to maintain efficient administrative operations
Schedule appointments and maintain records using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
Utilize knowledge of banking industry and security concepts to effectively perform duties. Requirements - Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing top-notch customer service
Expertise in data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
Strong skills in email correspondence, maintaining professionalism and prompt responses
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments effectively and efficiently
Knowledge and understanding of the banking industry
Familiarity with basic security concepts relevant to the financial sector
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Previous experience in a similar role in the financial sector is preferred TalentMatch®
