Requirements
Proven experience in an Administrative Assistant Receptionist role or similar
Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
High level of discretion and confidentiality
High School Diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
