Education: High School / GED
Experience:
Previous experience in a veterinary setting is a plus
Requirements:
Knowledge of pet care, veterinary practices, and terminology
Ability to handle dogs and understand kennel operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and their pets warmly
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries
Maintain accurate medical records and patient information
Assist with administrative duties including filing and data entry
Process financial transactions and handle billing
Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, and staff
