We are seeking a CMT Dispatcher to join our Boise, ID team! Come join us!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
As a Dispatcher with ATLAS, you will answer telephone calls from clients, schedule and dispatch inspectors for site visits, and perform various administrative tasks. Hours for this position are from 7:30 - 5:30 Monday through Friday. Also, a dispatch cell phone will be with you at all times for after business hours calls.
Actively and efficiently dispatches staff during work hours
Answers incoming telephone calls from clients/contractors
Schedules staff to multiple jobsites
Maintain and distribute electronic schedule
Coordinates paperwork for project set ups
Updates Access database
Creates and maintains electronic documents
Provide administrative assistance to field personnel
Provide administrative support to supervisor
Set up new projects
Minimum requirements:
Construction knowledge a plus.
Technical requirements:
Must be able to carry dispatch cell phone after hours for after business hours calls
Must be able to work in a time constraint environment
Must be able to multi task and handle constant interruptions
Must be able to work in a high stress environment
Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
Must be able to deal effectively with changes in schedules
Must be able to @type 50 words per minute
Ability to listen and decipher what the client is asking / needing
Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone and in person
Ability to read maps and give directions
Must be able to project a professional image
Proper use of grammar, punctuation and spelling
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)
