About the role:
As an entry level Electrical Engineer at Westinghouse, you will be a member of the Electrical Layout group performing design work for the different nuclear projects. You will perform design tasks to support operation of existing nuclear power plants or new nuclear plants.
You will report to the Lead Designer for Electrical Physical Design. You will work hybrid based in Westinghouse Global Headquarters in Cranberry Woods, PA in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. No relocation provided. We can consider candidates able to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future.
Responsibilities:
Perform design work for nuclear projects
Support operation of existing nuclear power plants or new nuclear plants
3D and 2D design using design software. Training provided.
Design for nuclear sector
Follow design procedures and revision process
Propose design solutions to technical challenges
Participate in engineering analysis with design inputs
Participate into integrated and international project teams and involved parties
Travel to sites
Qualifications:
0+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
Academic AutoCAD
