Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (onsite daily)
Location: Attleboro, MA
Pay Range: $20-$25/hr
Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other materials.
Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Handle correspondence, emails, and other communications
Assist with expense reporting and invoicing.
Record Keeping and Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of materials, inventory, and related documentation.
Prepare and distribute reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
Update and maintain relevant databases and systems.
Assist with the preparation of purchase orders
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of materials management principles and practices is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP a plus
