ABOUT THE ROLE
The Office Supervisor is responsible for the daily coordination and
administration of general business activities including account reporting and
billing, district payroll, central filing, and coordination of office
supply needs. Responsibilities also include supervision of general office
staff and miscellaneous administrative functions.

Essential Functions
Monitor payroll and data entry
Advise staff of company policy expectations
Lead, direct, and audit the work of assigned staff; act as a mentor
May supervise and direct day-to-day functions of assigned staff
Coordinate employee performance reviews
Coordinate timely notifications of new hires and terminations to HR
Process FMLA requirements for union personnel
Work with office personnel in resolving internal and external customer care
issues
Create and maintain a teamwork environment
Efficiently and professionally manage the flow of people and information
through the business
Regular and predictable attendance
Other duties as assigned
Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a
Company-designated office or field location
Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards, if
applicable
ABOUT YOU
Minimum 2 years in a construction environment preferred
Minimum 5 years of general office, billing and payroll administration
experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or related
field; combination of education and experience (2+ years' in a
supervisory role) considered in lieu of degree
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Working knowledge of JD Edwards/payroll system module a plus
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple
responsibilities while supporting management
Excellent attention to detail
Self-starter with a good attitude
Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain rapport
Strong leadership and team building skills

Compensation & Benefits
Salary $60,000-$75,000 / year
Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in
good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the
qualifications of the selected candidate.
