JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Construction Administrative Assistant will be
responsible for performing general office duties such as filing,
answering phones, and handling routine correspondence and statements.
This includes coding production tickets according to company procedure,
checking all figures, postings, or other documents for accuracy and
correcting any discrepancies. Through training the Administrative
Assistant will also learn to utilize various computer systems to
accurately track and record project related information such as monthly
production and tonnage reports, daily electronic timecards, and other
project related information. Working in a team environment, the ideal
candidate must be able to establish and promote strong professional
relationships with Project Managers and other field and office personnel
as they will be responsible for assisting with bids, contracts,
billings, and other project required paperwork as needed by the

governing agencies. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: One
year of experience in an office environment or construction related
field preferred. High mathematical aptitude required with High School
Diploma or Equivalent preferred. Strong computer skills/experience
working with Excel and Microsoft Office, with the ability adapt to
various computer programs through training. Strong communications skills
(verbal and written) with the ability to take directives from a variety
of people and departments. Independent judgment and decision-making
skills, with the ability to troubleshoot or problem solve.
Self-motivated to be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a
fast-paced work environment. High level of accuracy and attention to
detail, and the ability to establish priorities and complete work within
scheduled deadlines. Demonstrate dependability and trustworthiness, with
the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a
