Hannah Savage with Robert Half is staffing for a Project Assistant in Fairport, New York for direct hire. As part of her client's team, you will be an integral part of operations, assisting in the coordination and successful execution of projects within the construction industry. Responsibilities:
Act as a pivotal point in coordinating project activities and resources, ensuring smooth execution of all projects.
Oversee the preparation and compilation of bidding documents and manage bid deliveries.
Ensure adherence to contract requirements, governmental regulations, and company policies.
Manage and maintain all project-related documentation, including schedules and reports.
Handle the preparation of A/R Monthly Project AIA Progress Billing.
Assist in data entry tasks related to project management and financial reporting.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on project status as necessary.
Demonstrate professionalism while liaising with clients and vendors via phone calls.
Assist with other administrative assistance as needed

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
Previous AIA Billing experience a huge plus
Experience in contract administration is a must
Familiarity with subcontractor bids
Knowledge of the construction industry is essential
