Job Title: Office Support Level 2-Administrative/Clerical AssistantJob Description
The Office Support Admin will review and enter security clearance applications for the entire organization. They are responsible for inputting government items such as Security Clearance, Postal Clearance, and Airport Authority, as well as personal information for employees into the database. The majority of their time will be spent typing and entering data from applications and submitting them into the system, handling 60-80 applications per day. Additional duties include scanning and indexing documents, entering and updating data into Excel spreadsheets, filing, and boxing documents for records archival. The role also involves performing other administrative tasks such as making copies and filing documents.
Responsibilities
Review and enter security clearance applications for the entire organization.
Input government items (Security Clearance, Postal Clearance, Airport Authority) and personal information into the database.
Type and enter data from applications, handling 60-80 applications per day.
Scan and index documents.
Enter and update data into Excel spreadsheets.
File and box documents for records archival.
Perform other administrative duties such as making copies and filing documents.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of heavy administrative/clerical experience within an office setting
Experience using Microsoft Excel and other MS suite applications
Strong PC skills with a focus on accuracy, particularly in Excel
Experience saving to a USB jump drive and using internet browsers (MS Edge, Chrome)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to @type at least 40 words per minute
Work Environment
The person will work in a cubicle within an office setting. They will spend 8 hours a day in front of a computer entering employee information into the company database.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
