Summary
We are seeking a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our dynamic team at TopView Sightseeing. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing financial strategies and analyses that support our growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our financial future while ensuring alignment with our mission to provide exceptional sightseeing experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and manage budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights on business performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and SOX regulations in all financial reporting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Implement financial software solutions to enhance reporting capabilities and streamline processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the tourism or transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and SOX compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels.
