Role Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide counsel and administrative assistance to the Manager of Process Engineering, Technology and Product Manager, and the Field Services Manager. Your role will involve conducting research, writing formal business correspondence, producing reports, authoring and compiling presentation materials, issuing action plans, and tracking initiatives from inception to completion. You will maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion while interacting with a broad range of audiences both internally and externally.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Schedule Management:
Proactively manage ever-changing schedules against priorities to ensure optimal use of time.
Schedule meetings and video conferences, coordinate conference rooms, create meeting agendas, document memorandums, and coordinate visitor activities.
Information Management:
Interface with key internal and external counterparts, partners, and customers.
Organize and prioritize emails, documents, reports, presentations, SharePoint sites, etc.
Maintain confidential records, files, and contracts.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and presentations.
Travel Management:
Organize complex travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transfers for all LNG personnel.
Organize passport and visa applications to meet relevant travel deadlines.
General Administrative Support:
Answer phones, produce and distribute correspondence e-mails/memos, prepare expense reports, maintain meeting rooms, purchase office supplies and equipment, process invoices, onboard new employees, update organization charts and team distribution lists, update team share-sites, organize employee communication sessions, assist with collation and preparation of material for digital signage screens, facilitate customer visits through planning and logistic support.
Attend staff meetings, issue meeting minutes, and manage action item follow-up.
Acquire supplies for new and existing employee office needs.
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum of high school diploma with 5 to 7 years of experience in administrative roles.
Strong focus on safety and dedication to the principles of the Honeywell Safety Program.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across the business.
Customer-focused self-starter who provides regular status updates and notification of any issues.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
Efficient, organized, and flexible with the ability to handle challenging situations quickly and proactively.
Experience working with highly confidential and sensitive information.
Model for integrity while upholding the highest ethical standards.
Preferred:
SAP experience.
Interest in maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Pay Details: $32.21 to $34.47 per hour
