rRESPONSIBILITIES: Employee will assist with the duties of the Program
Director in their absence. This includes assistance in administering
programming and services offered by the Center, as well as providing
support and assistance to the office staff.
Communicates university and center policies in place of the
Director.
Assists students in application procedures and ensures proper
completion of forms.
Coordinates or assists in the coordination of events and activities.
Assists in tasks related to the delivery of programs and services.
Assist Director and office staff in supervision, mentoring, and
direct specialized training programs for students.
Assist Director with record management including correspondence,
marketing tools, budget and fiscal reports.
Assists office staff by performing clerical duties as assigned.
Assists the Director in recruitment and retention of veterans,
service members and their family members.
Assists with the completion of reports and grant-writing efforts.
WORK LOCATION: Macomb campus
APPOINTMENT: As soon as possible
WAGE: \$16.17/hour
Extra-help employees are not eligible for State of Illinois benefits
