This is a highly technical position dealing with all @types of meter and
communications systems. The successful candidate must possess the
following skills:\
Computer-ability to use new software as required utilizing the
documentation provided.\
Demonstrated electrical/electronic schematic reading, with component
level electronics troubleshooting capability.\
Have a working understanding of TCP/IP, Serial, and DNP\
Knowledge of complex metering\
Advanced math skills\
Personal characteristics suitable for making contact with customers and
the public which are necessary in their line of duty\
Travel across Evergys service territory and some overnight travel
