JOB REQUIREMENTS: A Contract Mechanical Designer II job in Oconomowoc,

Contract Mechanical Designer II job responsibilities include: - Prepare
detailed models, drawings, and schematics using SolidWorks or SolidWorks
Electrical - Ensure accuracy of dimensions, details, fits, and
tolerances - Change and revise drawings, schematics, and bills of
material as needed - Prepare advanced order material requisitions - Work
closely with Production, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams to ensure
designs align with production and cost requirements - Work within ERP
systems - Ensure compliance with mechanical (ASME, IBC) and electrical
(UL, CSA) industry standards ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma with two years of post-high school
training in college or vocational/technical school, or equivalent
experience - Three to five years of experience in drafting and design -
Proficiency in SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems required -
Understanding of shop processes including machining, welding, and
assembly - Knowledge of materials, machining, welding, and sheet metal
fabrication - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
