As a Licensed Senior Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Electrical
Engineering, you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance
of telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring high-performance network
solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional
teams to develop innovative engineering strategies that align with
industry standards and regulatory requirements.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced
professional engineer to make a significant impact in telecommunications

electrical systems, and pole load analysis while ensuring the highest

Responsibilities:
Telecommunications & Network Engineering:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of
telecommunications systems (wireless, fiber optics, satellite,
broadband, and network infrastructure).
Analyze and optimize electrical and network systems to ensure
efficiency, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to
develop engineering reports, project plans, and system
specifications.
Perform pole load analysis to evaluate structural integrity and
ensure compliance with NESC and industry safety standards.
Troubleshoot network performance issues, providing recommendations
for system enhancements and efficiency improvements.

Ensure all telecommunications and network systems adhere to industry
standards, including NEC, NESC, NFPA, ANSI/TIA, IEEE, FCC, and
BICSI.
Stay informed on emerging regulations and implement necessary
updates to maintain compliance.
Provide technical leadership on permitting, licensing, and
regulatory reporting related to telecommunications infrastructure.
Project Management & Leadership:
Oversee multiple projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resource
allocation while ensuring quality standards are met.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and field engineers
to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and support staff,
fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Pole Load Analysis & Structural Assessments:
Conduct pole loading analysis and wind load calculations to assess
the structural capacity of existing and proposed poles.
Ensure compliance with pole attachment regulations, safety codes,
and industry best practices.
Utilize engineering tools such as O-Calc Pro, SPIDAcalc, or PLS-CADD
for accurate pole loading assessments.
Collaborate with field teams to verify pole conditions, span
lengths, and attachment designs.
Technical Documentation & Training:[]{ccp-props="{"

Develop and maintain technical documentation, engineering drawings,
and best-practice guidelines.
Conduct training sessions for engineers and technicians on
telecommunications systems, electrical network design, and
troubleshooting methodologies.
Present engineering solutions and recommendations to clients,
stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering or a related field and
a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Arkansas.
5-7 years of experience in telecommunications engineering.
Proficiency in engineering software and design tools such as
AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP, and OCalc Pro.
In-depth knowledge of telecom infrastructure, network engineering,
and electrical systems.
Experience designing and implementing fiber optic, wireless, and
broadband networks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master\'s degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or
network engineering.
Experience with RF engineering, 5G network design, and
next-generation broadband infrastructure.
Professional certifications such as BICSI RCDD, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or
PMP.
Experience working with utility providers and public-sector telecom
projects.
Expertise in pole load analysis, wind calculations, and aerial
telecom infrastructure design.
Proficiency in SPIDAcalc or PLS-CADD for structural load assessment.
