Responsibilities include providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to an organization. Maintain accurate financial records, input transactions into accounting systems, and update ledgers. Process invoices, verify payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts. Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies. Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries. High School Diploma or equivalent technical training 3-5 years proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Excel). Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar role is an advantage. Strong accuracy and organizational skills. Ability to work with numbers and analyze financial data. Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
