Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Program Coordinator to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia. This role primarily revolves around providing support for our Foundation programs, including the Healthy Food Financing Initiative (HFFI). As a Program Coordinator, you will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, from managing project processes to answering technical assistance calls and reviewing HFFI applications.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage Foundation programs, ensuring their smooth operation
Handle the technical assistance hotline and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Review and evaluate HFFI applications, providing feedback and support as necessary
Assist in achieving team action items and track their progress
Maintain and organize project files and processes, ensuring their accuracy and efficiency
Manage email and phone line communications, logging requests for assistance
Provide support for student program activities
Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, and compiling materials
Support with overall foundation administrative duties as needed
Prepare Board materials for biannual meetings Requirements - Demonstrated proficiency in Administrative Assistance.
Proven experience in Customer Service.
Skilled in Data Entry tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word is necessary.
Experience in Organizing Files is essential.
Ability to handle Scanning tasks efficiently.
Experience in Schedule Appointments is essential.
