JOB REQUIREMENTS: Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
and efficiently. Greet and assist visitors and clients upon arrival.
Handle and distribute incoming mail and prepare bank deposits. Maintain
file organization and record retention processes. Assist with accounts
payable processing and administrative tasks. Produce and distribute mill
certifications as needed. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma required; prior office or
receptionist experience preferred. Strong phone etiquette and ability to
direct calls professionally. Basic computer skills and experience with
office software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. **
