Balam Group is looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) with advanced experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-value prospects to drive revenue growth. The Role: As a Sales Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. You will work closely with account executives and leadership to build a strong sales pipeline, ensuring that only the most qualified opportunities are passed along.
Responsibilities:
- Be a self-starter with good listening skills, strong speaking skills and impeccable communication/writing skills
- Extreme organization and attention to detail is a must
- Respond to all incoming leads and calls in a timely and appropriate manner
- Follow up with guests and successfully move them through the sales pipeline
- Develop a personalized understanding of each guest’s travel needs
- Plan and recommend travel options that best suit the needs of the guest
- Provide impeccable service to all guests and potential guests of Cuvée
- Record all client information and sales activity in our HubSpot CRM
- Must become knowledgeable about our ultra-luxury homes, destinations, destination teams, and guest experiences.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar outbound sales role.
- Proven track record of exceeding lead generation and sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and B2B lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing company.
Compensation:
- $160K - $180K OTE (On-Target Earnings).
- Additional incentives and bonuses based on performance.
