Senior Nuclear Fuel Commercial Integration Engineer
About the role:
As a Senior Nuclear Fuel Commercial Integration Engineer you will help develop Nuclear Fuel orders entered forecast for financial plan, including probability and expected value, through routine maintenance of the D365 opportunity tracking system. Lead the offer development process for complex, multi product line, moderate risk FOAK opportunities.
You will report to the Manager of Commercial Integration and be located at our Global Headquarters in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. .
Key Responsibilities:
Nuclear Fuel Offer Management:
Lead the offer team, including the NFBU product delivery group, GOS engineering resources, Customer Account Team, commercial, legal and other resources (with some guidance or oversight)
Assist BU product delivery group and Customer Account Team with the analysis of each opportunity to develop the bid or no bid decision, develop the capture plan and create the offer strategy
Lead the offer kickoff meeting, where applicable
Process bid and proposal (B&P) requests for funding offer development
Publish the offer development schedule, including due dates and responsible parties
Support BU product delivery group and Account Team with executive reviews
Prepare LOA document, facilitate the meeting and collection of approvals (with some guidance)
Prepare offer, incorporating customer RFQ specifics, offer strategy and terms and conditions, including export control compliance restrictionsNuclear Fuel Order Management:
Distribute and review the customer purchase order and verify that the order is consistent with the offer, then acknowledge to customer
Process new and change orders through D365 to SAP SD module
Update order conditions and billing plans for change notices and closeout of time and materials (T&M) projects
Disposition D365 opportunities for offers that are won or lost, including reason for win or loss
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
6 years of experience
Very infrequent domestic travel to Westinghouse offices and customer or vendor facilities may be required
