Description We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in our busy office environment. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Your main duties will include answering the phones, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk and handle all incoming calls, ensuring they are redirected to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues.
Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized electronic and paper files.
Take responsibility for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
Assist with new permanent orientations, providing necessary information and materials.
Coordinate mailroom activities, including sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing shipments.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for various administrative tasks.
Provide concierge services to guests and employees, enhancing their experience.
Ensure the office environment is kept neat and tidy, including stocking snacks for staff and guests. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance
Experience in Answering Multi-Line Phone System
Familiarity with Concierge Services
Strong Customer Service skills
Proficient in Data Entry tasks
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
Familiarity with Microsoft Word
