Job Summary
The Allied Health Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and promoting recruitment events, working closely with the team to ensure continuity of a comprehensive, first-class experience with Corewell Health, in all facets. Recruiting Coordinators will help to schedule candidates to attend our hiring events, screen candidates to ensure they are qualified for our positions, attend hiring events and check candidates in as they arrive, and support interviewing when necessary. This role is hybrid with onsite expectations to attend events up to 1-2 times per week some, but not every week. Onsite expectations outside of the region you reside in will be minimal.
Essential Functions
Work closely with Recruiters to prepare and plan for weekly onsite hiring events for allied health positions
Carefully screen candidates for select positions to ensure they meet our minimum hiring requirements
Create hiring events in Phenom and distribute the link to candidates to sign up for events
Perform excellent customer service with our candidates and check them in prior to interviews
Monitor event metrics and provide to team once events are complete
Complete compliance audits

Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of relevant experience as an administrative assistant to an executive(s) in a large organization, delivering exceptional service to customers in business, human resources, recruiting, sales, or related area
Preferred
Associate's Degree Recruitment, Human Resources, or related field
Previous experience using a CRM
Previous experience using Workday or other applicant tracking systems
