JOB REQUIREMENTS: NEXT Electric, LLC seeking full-time Estimator-Trainee
in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Job Summary Performs takeoffs on blueprints
(i.e., circuiting and scaling drawings, counting devices and equipment,
etc). Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, drawings,
specifications and related documents. Consults with customers and
project managers to gather information to prepare estimates. Obtains
bids from vendors and components to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Attends job site walkthroughs as necessary. Performs other related
duties as required and assigned. Qualifications Proficient PC and
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) skills. Strong mathematical
skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
Customer Oriented: Ability to take care of the customers\' needs while
following company procedures. Communication: Ability to communicate
effectively using a variety of mediums. Detail Oriented: Ability to pay
attention to the minute details of a project or task. Time Management:
Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work
within given deadlines. Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer)
background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating
motor vehicles, and drug-test as may be required per federal or client
