WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
The successful candidate will develop and implement long-term growth
strategies for nVent's Electrical Connections business and Strategic
Accounts across our ILSCO, ERICO, and ERIFLEX brands across the USA.
You will lead a team of5leaders/managers and20+salespeople where you will
build relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure high revenue
through cross-selling and upselling while collaborating with cross-functional
teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Drive sales execution and revenue realization.
Collaborate with Channel leadership to develop and implement a national
distribution strategy.
Lead national brand sales strategy.
Facilitate cross-brand selling for all Electrical Connections brands,
product lines, and applications.
Ensure brand sales teams maintain balanced opportunity funnels to achieve AOP
sales targets, including conversions, projects, and brand-selling initiatives.
Lead all aspects of demand creation and agent engagement.
Lead, handle, and develop the Brand Sales Team.

YOU HAVE:
A bachelor's degree is required.
Ability to work 100% remotely from a home office in the USA and travel on
average, 50% of the time. A valid driver's license is required.
Ideally 10+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams in the
electrical space.
Success in leading large, sophisticated accounts and exceeding sales targets
in a consultative selling environment.
Deep understanding of customer needs, business drivers, and
decision-making processes within key industries.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to
effectively engage with senior-level executives.
Strong leadership abilities to empower and develop a high-performing sales
team.
Expertise in salesforce.com or similar Customer Relationship Management
(CRM) systems and sales methodologies to lead a robust sales pipeline and
track account activities.
