Our client, a dynamic organization in biomedical manufacturing industry , is seeking (2 Openings) Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting multiple managers and directors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a customer-service orientation which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Part Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Onsite/Hybrid (Maple Grove, MN)
Pay Range: $25.20/hour + Benefits
Contract Duration: 6-Month Contract to Hire
Job Functions:
Perform general administrative duties including coordinating meetings and managing calendars.
Arrange travel and prepare expense reports for selling managers and directors.
Plan and coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
Create purchase orders and manage a small number of invoices.
Maintain vacation records and assist the sales team with various administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience working in a fast-paced organization.
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
