In this role, you will support the inside and outside sales departments. We are seeking qualified candidates with: Administrative experience with a mechanical/manufacturing organization The ability to perform basic math functions A self-motivated mindset, with the ability to prioritize and pivot when needed! Here's what you'll do: Prepare sales quotations and project submittals. Prepare and maintain pre and post bid project paperwork.Effectively utilize company and vendor ERP systems. Maintain both electronic files and paper files.Understand and support company policies and procedures, provide exceptional customer service and align with company objectives.Prioritize and manage multiple projects with hard deadlines simultaneously.Maintain technical knowledge by attending industry related educational events such as training sessions, presentations, and workshops.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as requested, directed, or assigned.
