Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in Ewing, New Jersey, for the role of Front Desk Coordinator. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing administrative support across the organization. Your role will involve managing multiple tasks such as handling customer inquiries, data entry, maintaining organized files, and mail distribution.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues
Manage the efficient and accurate entry of customer data
Utilize Microsoft Word and Outlook for various administrative tasks
Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to customer data
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system effectively
Distribute incoming mail in a timely and efficient manner
Provide administrative assistance to different departments as needed
Ensure the front desk area remains clean and welcoming for all visitors.
Requirements - Proven experience in Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in using a Multi-Line Phone System
Excellent Data Entry skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills for interacting with clients and colleagues
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for effective communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
Proven ability in Organizing Files for easy retrieval
