Description
We are in search of a HR Coordinator for our team in Princeton, New Jersey. The role involves providing administrative assistance with a focus on Human Resources (HR) administration and compliance documentation. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity where you will be expected to coordinate meetings, direct phone calls, compile documents, and schedule interviews in a high-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team
Ensure compliance documentation is up-to-date and accurate
Coordinate and schedule meetings as required
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate parties
Compile necessary documents for HR and other departments
Scan and store documents in the digital database
Schedule interviews and handle follow-up communication with candidates.
Requirements - Demonstrated proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Administration
Experience with Compliance Documentation
Proven skills in Administrative Assistance
Ability to Coordinate Meetings effectively
Capability to Direct Phone Calls professionally
Experience in Compiling Documents
Knowledge of Document Scanning techniques
