Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Davie, Florida. The role is situated within a business casual environment where you will contribute to an essential part of our team. Your main function will be to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Responsibilities:
Accurately processing customer credit applications.
Maintaining precise customer credit records.
Resolving customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions as needed.
Entering invoices into financial software.
Answering and directing phone calls professionally.
Managing filing systems and making copies of documents as required.
Typing template letters and other written communications.
Providing general administrative assistance to the office.
Managing heavy data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy. Requirements
Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary.
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required.
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential.
Familiarity with Billing processes is a must.
Strong Data Entry skills are required.
Experience in Invoice Processing is crucial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is expected.
Knowledge of Oracle software is beneficial.
Experience with QuickBooks is highly desired.
Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online is preferred.
Administrative Assistance experience is required.
Back Office Support skills are essential.
Basic knowledge of Office Equipment operation is needed.
Possession of Basic Office Skills is a must.
