Total Industrial is growing — and we’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team! If you’re driven, organized, and passionate about building relationships, we want to hear from you.
As an SDR at Total Industrial, you’ll play a key role in our business development process by identifying and connecting with prospective partners, generating leads, and supporting the early stages of the sales cycle. You’ll work closely with our Director of Business Development and Partner Development team to help grow our brand and book of business across the industrial sector.
🔧 Responsibilities Include:
- Generate and qualify outbound leads through cold calling, emailing, and social outreach
- Manage and update leads in our CRM system
- Schedule meetings between prospects and senior sales team members
- Support sales team initiatives and participate in team strategy sessions
- Assist in building and managing client relationships
✅ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Sales and business development experience or interest
- Basic understanding of prospecting and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
🧳 This position is remote but may require occasional travel to client sites or industry events.
