Job Summary:
The Surveillance EO Electronics Department is an electrical engineering organization that designs, test, and integrate advanced electrical subsystem to be used in airborne, naval, and land military applications. This position is to work in the Surveillance EO Electronics department. This position entails working in multi-disciplined, multi-functional integrated product teams to either design, develop, test, and/or integrate complex state-of-the-art EO systems and sub-systems. Activities may include Analog/Digital designs, servo loop analysis, component trade studies, product development, supplier support, product sustainment, and digital logic development. Specific tasks include circuit analysis, circuit simulation, design documentation, maintenance (ECNs), trade assessments for obsolescence, troubleshooting, interconnect development, and resolution of hardware performance issues.
This position is an onsite role.
What You Will Do:
Hands on lab and factory work in analog and digital electronics
Working with industry standard CAE (computer-aided engineering) tools for electrical engineering as well as lab equipment
Working with schematic capture, simulation, and test tools
Influences others regarding policies, practices, and procedures
Communicates with parties within and outside of own department. May have responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.).
Work using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and a minimum of 5 years or more professional work experience in multi-disciplined, multi-functional integrated product teams to either design, develop, test, and/or integrate complex state-of-the-art EO systems and sub-systems.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with reading drawings and electrical schematics
Experience in testing and troubleshooting electrical circuits
Experience with servo loops
Experience documenting test results and repair recommendations
Experience working in a lab environment with standard Electrical Engineering lab equipment (i.e,. Vector Network Analyzers, Power Meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, digital multi meters (DMMs), signal sources)

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
